We would love to be able to arrive on an exact minute that you choose, but unfortunately, we need a 3 hour window for delivery to prepare for unforeseen circumstances such as a random flat tire, traffic, etc. and we’ve found it’s less frustrating for the customer to leave more time and make it on time rather than less time and show up late. We try our best to get your sweet ride to you at the front end of that window, so you can enjoy your time with your car rental, and we can provide the best customer service possible.
Yes, Cancellation are permitted. A notice of cancelation must be provided within 24 hours of rental time.
Our rentals include a stout 500 miles of enjoyment per day, After that, there are additional mileage rates. If you happen to double your 100 miles during your rental, there will be a $3 per mile surcharge added on top of the standard rates. All mileage charges come from your security deposit.
Due to risk and liability, we must have additional security for incidental occurrences. There is a refundable, reasonable security deposit for all of our rentals. The deposits range from $500-$2,000 which depends on your choice of vehicle and the level of your insurance. The deposit is refundable when you return your vehicle and we are able to provide it a thorough inspection. It can take 3-5 business days following the return of the vehicle. You’ll receive your balance back minus any minor damages or extra mileage charges.
The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name. The policy must provide collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to your rental. Even if you drive a 1996 Honda Accord your full coverage insurance will cover in all 50 states. American Express offers “Premium Insurance” that can act as your primary insurance during your rental period.
Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers such as age (25yrs old), full coverage insurance and a clean driving record.
No You’re Not Allowed
We are a 24hr service, which makes it easy for us to accommodate you on your ever changing schedule and those last minute trips. We can deliver or pick up your rental at no cost within our allowed locations within the hours of 10am (EST) – 8pm (EST). For deliveries or pick ups outside our normal operating hours we charge a $50-$250 surcharge that varies on location and distance.
We advise our clients to allow us a 3 hour window to make deliveries.
We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.
